Rates and pricing displayed on this Site are based on wholesale rate sheets we receive from our lender partners and are updated regularly. However:

• Rates change throughout the day and may not reflect current market conditions at the moment you view them.
• Final pricing depends on your specific scenario, including credit score, debt-to-income ratio, loan-to-value ratio, occupancy, property type, location, and other factors.
• Pricing displayed assumes typical scenarios; lender adjustments (LLPAs) may differ based on your specific profile.
• Locking a rate requires a complete loan application and is subject to lender availability.

4. Accuracy of Your Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes, applying for loans, or otherwise using the Site. Misrepresentation may constitute mortgage fraud under federal and state law.

5. Permitted Use
